The combination of juicy, fresh pineapples with delicately delicious whipped cream melts in the mouth and melts all hearts. Try this melt in the mouth pineapple souffle which takes about only 15 min of your time to prepare.
Ingredients
Tin Pineapple – 1 tin
Pineapple jelly – 1 packet (prepare the jelly and keep it ready)
condensed milk (milk maid) – 1 tin (397g)
Cream – 1 tin (170g)
Directions
Step 1 : Cut pineapple into small pieces and spread it on a pudding tray.
Step 2 : Divide the prepared jelly into two halves. Blend condensed milk, cream, one half of the jelly and 2-3 slices of pineapple in a blender. Pour it on to the pudding tray.
Step 3 : Finally, scramble the remaining half of the jelly with the help of a fork. Decorate the soufflé with the scrambled jelly.
